DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOM JEWELRY DEPARTMENT?

I do.  I make bracelets to size but you are responsible for measuring your wrist correctly.  Contact me if you have a special request for a gemstone I don't currently have; I can order it and make it for you prepaid only.  There are plenty of gemstones out there I would love to add to my collection but they are pricey and I would have to have a buyer first.  All bracelets are made on stretch string for easy wear. 

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

I do not recommend that you wear your jewelry in water or get it wet repeatedly. Overtime, water and moisture can break down the stringing materials used to create your piece and cause it to break.  There are some semi-precious stones that should never be inserted into water.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

My preferred payment is with PayPal or Venmo.  They provide "buyer protection" and is always a safe way to go.  If you would like to pay with Venmo send me an email and I will forward the Jewelry Intentions Venmo link to you. I accept most cards on my website if the last two options are not for you.

If you are local and can meet me within 5 miles of my location I will accept cash.

HOW TO FIND THE CORRECT SIZE BRACELET?

Most Jewelry Intentions jewelry is unisex. 

For bracelets, the most common size for women is the 7" and for men is the 8".

If you are still unsure about what size to buy, use a piece of string to measure the size of your wrist. Make the string fit like you'd want your piece to fit. Measure your string with a ruler and choose the size that is the closest to that measurement.

There is a re-sizing fee of $7.00.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Policy Information

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal jewelry! We offer returns for our bracelets within 14 days of the date your package was delivered. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within that 14-day window. Shipping charges are not refundable.  If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner.  Happy customers makes for happy crystals!

WARRANTY INFO

Policy Details

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.  

Jewelry Intentions offers a jewelry warranty of 90-days. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, Jewelry Intentions will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Please email a photo of your piece to Jewelryintentions@outlook.com within that time period. Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
